IGT Tuscany Rosé
This wine is made from the early harvest of a specially selected part of Sangiovese grapes, which, after a gentle pressing, are immediately separated from the skins. The resulting must is then fermented at a low temperature to preserve its organoleptic characteristics and aromas.
The result is a wine with a soft, bright cherry-pink color; on the nose, fruity notes are initially perceived, followed by delicate floral nuances; on the palate, a pleasant freshness and a light saltiness stand out, well balanced by a discreet softness and alcohol content. A full-bodied wine with a long finish, enriched by fruity hints. Perfect with appetizers, bruschetta, fresh or slightly aged cheeses, fish dishes, salmon, tuna, and white meats.
