Fenix

Fenix ​ originates in the Chianti hills, at an altitude of 270–300 meters, on medium-textured, clay-rich soils, ideal for imparting freshness and balance to the wine.
Produced primarily from Sangiovese grapes, hand-picked early and vinified as a white wine at low temperatures, the Fenix expresses a harmony between vivacity and delicacy, embodying the contemporary spirit of Tuscany.
In the glass, it displays a luminous and brilliant pink color with coppery highlights.
On the nose, it offers an elegant and fresh bouquet, in which fresh fruit and floral notes intertwine with delicate vegetal hints. On the palate, it has good structure, vibrant freshness, and a pleasant finish.
